zPizza provides gluten free pizza crusts as an option. The ingredients are listed on their website at www.zpizza.com/about/faq#gluten-free-crust. The gluten free toppings are also listed in the FAQ section at www.zpizza.com/about/faq#gluten-free-options. They caution that their restaurants are not gluten-free environments, and the pizzas are all cooked in the same oven.

Update from Bennett Hirsch, zPizza San Diego 10/12/11:

"zpizza has recently introduced large (14 inch) gluten free pizzas to our menu in addition to our small (10 inch) gluten free pizzas. Every zpizza creation is now available gluten free in either small or large. All gluten free pizzas are available for an additional $3. GF online ordering and delivery are always available.

Also, zpizza Chula Vista and zpizza Linda Vista continue to offer our Monday "GF BOGO special...buy one GF pizza and receive the second pizza of equal or lower price for only $5." This offer is valid all day long and is also valid for delivery."

"Thank you to zPizza for offering gluten free pizza!  There are a lot of pizza topping offers and one size on the crust.  It is really good.  When I am in the mood for pizza, this is where I go!  They also have a gluten free salad dressing option.  Keep an eye out in your area for coupons too."

"It is GREAT pizza, they have about 8 varieties. They are totally aware of how to prepare it all separately and cook it on their own pans. We totally love it!

"My girlfriend and I enjoyed g-f pepperoni pizza at zPizza in Mt. View yesterday! It was absolutely delicious! And affordable, too. I paid about $11 for a personal pan pepperoni pizza (which is perfect for one person), and the $11 also included a soft drink. They are located at: 146 Castro St., Mountain View, CA 94041, (650) 314-0088.

They do take special precautions making the pizza because of cross contact issues. It takes a little longer than regular pizza, so be prepared to wait a bit. I am going to call in my order next time before heading over there so it will be ready by the time I arrive."
