"Waters Fine Foods is a San Diego catering company that also happens to have two cafes where you can go to pick up some of their delicious culinary creations for lunch or dinner. Their menu specials change daily and are always made with fresh organic fruits and veggies and free range meats. Their sandwiches are particularly yummy and they almost daily have available an amazingly delicious gluten free focaccia bread that their baker personally makes each week! My favorite sandwich is the grilled turkey panini with gruyere cheese, pesto and roasted red peppers. If you get a grilled sandwich and have a highly sensitive gluten allergy you will want to request that the grill is cleaned before they grill your sandwich as they only have one grill or just get it not grilled to be completely safe.

I am pretty sensitive to gluten and have never felt sick from eating there. A couple times a week they also have gluten free personal pizzas too! When you go there you can add your name to their mail list and they will email you their menu every morning so you can know what they have that day before you go. In the email they will note if something is gluten free or flourless too. They mainly do take out orders but do have a few tables set up if you want to eat your food there.  Up until last month I was going to the Solana Beach location at least 3 days a week for lunch, sadly my office has moved to 4S Ranch and I am now only able to make it there for my gluten free sandwich fix about every other week.
