"Another owner operated restaurant. Craig had a bunch of GF neighbors convince him to add a GF teriyaki sauce. They do not marinate the meats, so that it really is gluten free. When I went the food was fresh and yummy, but I would ask for less sauce next time (I don't like as much salt as most people.) They seem really interested in providing good, healthy food."
