"TCBY does not make any formal claims concerning the gluten (wheat gluten) contained in our products. However, in response to your inquiry, we can say that our products do not contain gluten with the exception of:

• Chunky Chocolate Cookie Dough
• Cookies & Cream
• Peanut Butter Delight
• Vanilla Fudge Brownie (NSA)

* Toppings

• Butterfinger
• Heath Candy Pieces
• Reese's Pieces
• Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
• Snickers
• Chocolate Cookies
• Cookie Dough
• Crumbled Brownies
• Graham Crackers
• Oreos
• Waffle Cone Chips

* Any products served on a cone
* Please keep in mind too that TCBY stores are allowed to source local toppings which may contain gluten.

I have attached a list of the ingredients in our various products and a list of products that are specifically gluten-free, should you wish to have them for your reference.
