"I am happy to say that we have a comprehensive list at each of our Restaurants of items that are safe with regards to specific allergies. I do ask, that you please ask to speak to a supervisor or manager at any of our restaurant locations, as they would be a great asset in helping you put a safe meal together, as well as, answering any questions or concerns that you may have."

From their website:

Food and Beverage Policy
Restaurants and concession stands are conveniently located throughout the park. Hard and soft coolers, glass containers, food such as sandwiches, meals, snacks etc..., and flavored drinks may not be taken into the park. Water bottles may be taken into the park. For your convenience, picnic areas are available outside the park adjacent to the entrance/exit plaza. If leaving the park to enjoy your food, please have your hand stamped for re-admittance. Guests with medical diets or baby formula should speak with a park representative for assistance before entering the park."

Catered Events at Sea World
The following was sent to the SillyYaks site:
"The company my husband works for held their annual family event at Sea World last September. I called the events coordinator at Sea World with my food questions. She was very helpful and was able to direct me to the GF options. Now, this was a catered event, so it is not the same as the restaurants in the park, but gives me an idea that they know what GF entails." Christina. 6/08
