Splash Restaurant

"Splash basically serves sandwiches, salads, beverages and a few snacks. The only gluten-free items offered there are those that are naturally gluten-free such as fresh fruit, milk, juice, soda, tea. The salads are not prepared in a designated gluten-free area so even those without croutons or other gluten-containing ingredients could not be guaranteed to be free of minute gluten cross-contact. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions." Rebecca McDivitt, UCSD Registered Dietitian, 858-534-9587
