Macaroni Grill provides a gluten-free menu on their website, as well as at each restaurant (upon request). On their website, click on "Menu, Locations & To Go". Then at the bottom of the page below the map, click on "Allergen Information". The Wheat/Gluten free menu is the last one on the list.

The manager at the Escondido location indicated that there are several more menu items not on the "Wheat and Gluten Free" menu that can be modified to be gluten-free. You would need to speak to your server or the manager about these.
