Julie B., a CSA member, states "Chef Lance Roll makes 1 day to a week's worth of (what to me are 5-star) meals delivered to your doorstep on Mondays. They're all organized, completely gluten free (again his whole kitchen is safe) and many ingredients are straight from the farmer's markets. They're ridiculously good. He has huge delicious portions (one portion feeds two of my childen and an adult many times), so it's actually the greatest value for busy celiac/gluten sensitive families who want to spend a little less time in the kitchen cooking and doing dishes. His is SOOOOO much tastier and healthier in my humble opinion and actually I think more reasonably priced." 1/13
