Pizzicato now has a gluten-free crust (12") for an extra $1.25 that they make themselves. Their menu also has two salads that are noted as gluten free. The GF crust ingredients are listed on a PDF from their website, with the disclaimer:
"Please note that, although we offer a gluten free crust, our establishments are not Gluten Free. We will do our best to keep your pizza as "gluten Free" as possible but there will always be the possibility that it can become cross-contaminated if, from nothing else, with wheat four dust that is in the air of the restaurant."
On their website they highly recommend the Genovese or Rudy's pizza on their gluten-free crust. They also list the toppings that are NOT gluten free on the Gluten Free PDF.
