"I would like to share a great dining experience I had this weekend at the
Pechanga Cafe located in the Pechanga Resort & Casino. We were a party of 9
meeting for dinner and then attending the PowWow. I phoned the Pechanga
Cafe several days before inquiring if they could provide me with a GF meal.
Steve Lockhart, the Cafe Manager, called me back and made several
recommendations and suggestions for my meal and told me to inform him when
my party arrived.
When we got to the restaurant not only was a table waiting
for us (they do not take reservations!), but the chef and manager came out to
greet us. My meal was made separately from the other diners, was excellent
and they were both extremely attentive to me and my needs. Not an easy feat
when a restaurant is completely filled on a holiday weekend!
I highly recommend dining at the Pechanga Cafe where you can get breakfast,
lunch and dinner. Kudos and compliments to Chef Kenneth Haselwood and
Manager Steve Lockhart both of whom made "eating out for a celiac" a truly
comfortable, enjoyable and delicious experience. I know I will be dining
there again.
In addition, they both provided me with phone numbers so that I could call
ahead and give them a heads up as to when I would be going there. I would
be happy to share this information with anyone interested."

"just wanted to let you know that our dinner (the Temecula Celiac Disease Foundation support group) at Pechanga last Thursday night was fabulous! We were 20 people enjoying a three-course gf dinner. There was a choice of entree and choice of specially made gf flourless cake with whipped cream and various berries or creme brulee with same. The manager, chef and pastry chef graciously came out several times to speak with everyone, answer questions and provide a lovely and personal touch to the meal.
