Legends Bistro reportedly has a fairly large gluten-free menu upon request at the restaurant (see Comment below). They do not display the menu on their website.

"Who knew they had a gluten-free menu? No one, because they
don’t seem to advertise it anywhere. However, if you ask for it, you can a great menu with better
selections than the regular menu. I enjoyed a chicken pasta dish that was delicious!”
