Lean and Green designates which menu items are gluten free on their menu. "Wholesome, natural and organic gourmet foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner". Not open on Sundays. They also provide a PDF of their menu online under "Download Menu PDF" on the home page of their website.
"This La Jolla cafe on Fay Ave. just started marking some of their menu items GF in July. It is a healthy, green restaurant, and now offers GF soup, wraps, salads, brown rice bowls and smoothies that are gluten free. It is a small place with only outside tables (under cover in a courtyard-type area. Not exciting atmosphere, but a nice selection of GF food. They even prepare food to-go in eco-friendly containers.
