The following was emailed on 10/09 by Rebecca at Ki's Restaurant:
"We have gluten free bread here as well as other options, such as salads,
soups and entrees like fish tacos, fajitas and stir fries that can be done
in our wheat free tamari sauce. Our dinners also have a gluten free menu
available."
Ki's describes their food as "delicious, fresh, organic, natural, healthy, nutritious, and tasty". It is a family-owned business since 1980 that also has wholesale and catering businesses. The gluten-free dinner menu is not on their website, but is available at the restaurant.

"My husband and I are both gluten-intolerant and are spending six weeks in North San Diego County.
Before going out to eat, I browsed your web site thoroughly. We made a choice and our experience was so good, we can't wait to return.
We travel extensively and when at home dine our several times a week. I am a gourmet cook and a foodie so when I say this restaurant is good, I mean it from both a gluten-free and good food perspective.
The restaurant is Ki's on the South Coast Hwy in Cardiff-by-the-Sea. Most of the menu is either GF or can be adjusted to be GF. The manager, Nicole, is gluten intolerant and is the grand daughter of the owners. She is very well informed and ensures her staff are too. The new chef knows how to balance flavours and create an appealing presentation. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We highly recommend this restaurant!"
