Healthy Creations is a great resource for those eating gluten free. When there you will find:
- Many choices of GF salads, wraps, and sandwiches to eat there or take-out (click on "Healthy Bakery")
- Specially chosen GF grocery items for purchase - including frozen items
- Prepared meals to cook at home, which changes monthly (click on "Menu")
- Fresh GF pastry items, including cookies, brownies and cupcakes
Almost everything made and sold there is gluten-free. The dining area is very small, but pleasant.
"We are an organic meal assembly business that prepares fresh, complete meals for you to take home and cook at your convenience. . . All meals can be made gluten-free unless otherwise noted. . . Our menu changes monthly."
They state on their website "Stop by today for a healthy breakfast, lunch or healthy snack! You can even call us ahead of time, put your order in and we'll have it all ready for you to enjoy!" They offer a "Fresh Grab n' Go" that is reportedly very popular. Closed Sundays.
