"We are a new 100% Dedicated Gluten Free Bakery. All our products are made with only natural ingredients and have no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. Currently we have an original gluten free white bread and a gluten free cinnamon raisin bread, we are working to develope a vegan bread as well. Croutons, bread crumbs and pizza crust will be available soon. We have a scone like fruit biscuit we call Petites in cranberry orange and cinnamon raisin.
The breads will be in Whole Foods, Major Market and Seaside Market in the coming weeks. The Four Seasons Resort Aviara will have our breads available to all those who request gluten-free meals.
We are located in Escondido at 2250 South Escondido Blvd., Suite 110, 92025. Nearest cross street is Brotherton. Our retail section of our bakery and website are still under construction, however our bakery kitchen is fully functional and we are producing bread daily."
