"The guy who answered the phone said he could answer all GF questions. He said they purchase the crust only from GNI bakery. They keep all of the toppings separate and bake in a gluten free oven. He said they can guarantee 100% GF. We all know that nothing is 100%, but they seemed very knowledgeable about the cross-contamination. It seems like a safe place to eat, but make sure you ask your questions when you dine."

"A lady working at GNI said they buy their pizza crust and sauce from GNI and use a special oven to bake it. The bakery gave them the oven they used to bake them in. I do not know about the topping situation. She said they told them all about the cross-contamination and other things, so hopefully they are listening to their advice." Misty F., 4/8
