"Duncan Hines® Whipped Frosting and Duncan Hines® Creamy Homestyle Frosting generally contain wheat-based ingredients in the form of modified food starches and other thickening agents." From email from Teresa Madden,

Also, Lani K. Thompson from the Clan Thompson lists emailed: "Duncan Hines told me today (January 24, 2007) that they no longer consider any of their frostings to be gluten free because they are manufactured in a facility that shares lines with gluten containing products. Also, they would give no information about specific flavors of their frosting when I spoke with them on the phone. They just emphasize that no matter what the ingredient panel says, none of the frostings are gluten free."

Manichewitz 10/08 In the "Health Corner" on their website at www.manischewitz.com they list their gluten free items. These vary according to the time of the year. Their are many cookies and some candies listed.
Marshmallow Fluff 10/08 In the FAQ section of website it says it is both GF and Kosher. They also include a downloadable dessert recipe book using "Fluff". Made by Durkee-Mower. www.marshmallowfluff.com
