Daphne's now has an allergen chart that specifies which products have wheat. The following are the only items not having wheat:
- Side, Chicken Kabob
- Side, Dolmas
- Side, Feta Cheese
- Side, Fire Feta
- Side, Honey Mustard
- Side, Original Salad Dressing
- Side, Quarter chicken
- Side, Rice
- Side, Steak Kabob
- Side, Tzatziki sauce
- Side, Zesty Salad Dressing (Low fat)
In addition, a note had been received in June 2008 that had the following warning:
"The following menu items may not be gluten free due to the fact that they are prepared in manufacturing plants that produce products with gluten:
- Chicken Tenders
- Half Chickens
- Quarter Chickens"
