The following was sent by CPK's Guest Relations in 6/08. It seems quite contradictory, so it is recommended to call them.
"All of our food contains gluten and all of our salad dressings used on the salads also have gluten. It would be safe for you to order the Field Greens Salad with Gorgonzola and Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette or our House Salad, with no Croutons, Sauteed Scallops, Steamed Vegetables these are just a few suggestions. You may also ask your server to help you with your order.
