On the California Bistro sample menus on their website they state "Gluten-Free Alternatives are available for select items."

"We have an excellent gluten free menu at all times and we take it very seriously. We have separate gluten free toasters, utensils, etc. so as to avoid any possibility of cross contamination.

Gluten Free Lunch Buffet
I am so excited . . . the California Bistro . . . is now going to have a completely gluten free buffet on the first Saturday of every month beginning this December 5, 2009. It's a fun event for us as we are reaching out and showing our support for the local gluten free community. The one time we tried it in the past it was a big hit! It's going to be fabulous and delicious, as well as an excellent dining experience. The Lunch Buffet price is $29.00 per person and will include a salad buffet as well as hot specials including meats and gluten free pastas, etc. And of course, we will have a wide array of gluten free desserts made personally by our pastry chef with love!"

"Recently, the CSA Board Members enjoyed a delicious GF Buffet luncheon in the California Bistro at the Four Seasons Aviara Resort in Carlsbad. In the beautiful surroundings of this luxury hotel, the Bistro is known for it's fresh California Cuisine. In addition to many unique cold and hot buffet choices, we were all served freshly made GF sandwiches, as well as pasta with Marinara Sauce. After enjoying so many wonderful GF foods, there was still room for all to savor treats from the delectable dessert tray, created especially for us! Thanks go to Manager Renee, Chef Jessie, and the rest of the staff for all of their efforts in providing this most memorable meal.
 
If you're looking for a special dining experience, consider the California Bistro. A GF buffet requires reservation with a minimum of 15 people. However, a GF menu is also offered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; not only at the Bistro, but at the other restaurants in the Four Seasons as well. The management and staff are very accommodating, especially where dietary issues are concerned."
